Job description
I m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Orland, California area that is actively seeking a General Dentist for a permanent opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for a provider looking for long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team within a practice that already has a strong and loyal patient base.
The position offers a consistent 4 days/week, Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm schedule, supporting a strong work-life balance while practicing in a modern, fully equipped office focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Practice Overview
Reason for Need: Looking for an Associate to keep up with patient demand
Provider Type Needed : General Dentist
Current Staff: 3 Doctors
Schedule : 4 days/week, 7-hour days
Procedures: General Dentistry, Extractions & Root Canals, TMJ & sleep apnea treatment, Restorative Dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures), Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry
Technology : Cerec, CBCT, Digital radiography, Laser Dentistry, Air abrasion system
Compensation
Earning: 30% of net production
Earning Potential : $300,000+ annually
Sign-on Bonus : Negotiable

What We re Looking For:
1-2 Years of Experience Preferred
