Position Summary
Orlando Health is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join our Ambulatory Anesthesiology team supporting our multispecialty ambulatory surgery centers. Join a collaborative team of anesthesiologists and advanced practice anesthesia providers delivering an exceptional patient experience through safe, up-to-date care, while serving as a catalyst in expanding the organization's mission and achieving its vision.
The case mix spans GI, Bariatrics, Plastics, Adult & Pediatric ENT, Urology, Spine, Orthopedics, and more.

Essential Functions Serve as a collaborative member of the anesthesiology department, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals
Partner closely with surgeons and administration
Evaluate and formulate the anesthetic plan for patients undergoing surgical and/or diagnostic care
Provide supervision/medical direction of certified anesthetists delivering anesthesia
Personally administer anesthesia intraoperatively, with continuous monitoring of vital signs and titration of anesthesia as needed
Schedule: Monday - Friday only - no call, nights, weekends, or holidays

Qualifications M.D. or D.O. with completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Anesthesiology Residency program
Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
Must hold, or be able to obtain, an active Florida medical license prior to start
Not a J-1 sponsored position
Private practice and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) experience preferred
