Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide acute care in the Ortho Surgical setting. You will perform nursing processes, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Requires an active RN license, BLS, and a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential to support performance improvement and patient outcomes.
