Compensation And Benefits$26 - $30 per hour, based on experienceOverviewJoin a highly regarded, well-established orthodontic practice with an outstanding reputation and a loyal, growing patient base. This is a full-time position in a beautiful, state-of-the-art office where teamwork, positivity, and patient care are at the heart of everything we do.ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMTwo Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PMOn weeks that include a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off — you will never work more than five days per weekResponsibilitiesAssist with banding and bracketing proceduresChange archwires and place separatorsTake orthodontic records (photos, X-rays, impressions)Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygienePerform sterilization and infection control dutiesSupport the clinical team in delivering an exceptional patient experienceRequirements1+ year of orthodontic or dental assisting experienceRDA license (where applicable)X-ray certification requiredA positive, team-first attitudeStrong communication and patient interaction skillsCompensation & BenefitsHealth insuranceVision insurance401(k) / IRA retirement planAbout The CompanyThis practice is known throughout the community for its exceptional care and welcoming culture.
