Straighten Smiles, Align Your Career: Become Our Next Orthodontic Dental Assistant!Join our state-of-the-art dental practice where we focus on building lasting relationships with our patients while providing exceptional orthodontic care. Be part of a team that values expertise, innovation, and patient satisfaction.Schedule:1-2 Saturdays per month: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PMResponsibilities:Apply orthodontic techniques including tie bands, bonding, and standard bracesPerform impressions and utilize Itero scanning technologyAssist with Invisalign and 6-month Smiles proceduresBuild rapport with patients and prepare them for dental workMaintain excellent verbal and written communicationOperate dental software and equipment proficientlySet up and break down procedures, including proper disposal of biohazardsSterilize and disinfect instruments and equipmentAdhere to all infection control proceduresComplete daily and monthly clerical reportingRequirements:Current Dental Assistant License / DANB certificationMinimum of 1 year of orthodontic experienceX-Ray CertificationCPR/BLS CertificationMust have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to startingValid Driver's License and reliable transportationIf you are made a conditional offer of employment, you will be required to undergo background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening.
