Job description
The Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper is seeking an RN Ortho/Neuro Coordinator to coordinate daily unit operations, staff planning, and equipment readiness for OR cases. You will partner with physicians and vendors to ensure accurate case carts and updated maps, while mentoring team members and upholding care standards.
This full-time role includes on-call rotation, uses strong leadership and communication to optimize patient flow and outcomes in a high-volume surgical setting.
