Job description
Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking an RN - OR, Team Lead to facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate surgical unit activities, ensuring quality patient care. The Team Lead will report to Nursing Leadership and serve as a role model in applying nursing processes and standards across the Ortho/Neuro service line.
The position requires RN licensure, BLS, CNOR within 1 year, and continued professional education.
