Job description
FMOL Health in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, holistic care and educate patients and families across the care continuum, from admission through discharge.
You will collaborate with physicians, therapists and the broader health care team to perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments, formulate plans of care, document activities, and advocate for patient rights while continuously pursuing quality improvement.
