Orthodontic RDA OpportunityCrystal Creek Dental is looking for an experienced Orthodontic RDA to join our team. If you are skilled, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced ortho environment, we want to meet you.What You Will DoAssist the orthodontist chairside during exams, bonding, adjustments, and other ortho proceduresPlace and remove brackets, bands, and wires under doctor supervisionTake and process digital X-rays, photos, and intraoral scansTake impressions and assist with Invisalign and aligner fittingsEducate patients on proper oral hygiene and care during treatmentPrepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatoryAssist with scheduling, chart documentation, and maintaining accurate patient recordsSupport the front office team as needed to ensure smooth patient flowUphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standardsWhat We Are Looking ForActive Texas RDA license requiredMinimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience requiredHands-on experience with bonding, adjustments, and debandingFamiliarity with digital scanning and Invisalign preferredStrong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skillsDependable, professional, and a true team playerAbility to work efficiently in a busy, patient-centered environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysFull-time scheduleSupportive, team-first work cultureGrowth opportunities within a multi-location dental organization
