Job description

Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Level II Registered Nurse. The RN will provide total, patient-centered care using the nursing process, in collaboration with the care team, and supervise both licensed and unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient/family education and discharge planning, communicating plans of care, participating in quality improvement, orientation of new staff, and supporting hospital policies.
