Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services to oversee safe, high-quality patient care on nights and evenings. You’ll lead staffing, patient flow, and bed management in collaboration with the Staffing Office while modeling professional standards and servant leadership.
