About the Position:
Ortho Spine NP or PA needed in Mattoon, IL.
Candidates must have prior experience
Practice focus is 60% Spine / 40% Orthopedics
No neurosurgery involved
Clinic-based role with no OR responsibilities
Schedule is 5 days per week in clinic
The physician is highly skilled and has a very direct, demanding personality, so the ideal candidate should be confident, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A candidate with a military background or strong procedural discipline would likely be a strong fit

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $150,000+ DOE
