Job description
Del Sol Medical Center in Sunland Park, NM, seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Surgical Ortho Trauma to lead unit operations across shifts and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The CNC will work with management to monitor nursing care, support staff, and drive initiatives for improved clinical outcomes.
