Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing practice in Bellevue, WA.A $1,000 bonus is available to qualified candidates seeking a permanent, full-time opportunity. Additional perks include complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family, and a uniform allowance. $23.00 - $33.00 per hour plus a $1,000 Sign-On/Relocation Bonus.Work-Life Balance: Full-time, Tuesday through Friday.How You'll Make an ImpactCreating Exceptional First Impressions – Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and seating the patient. Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule.Provide Exceptional Clinical Care – Assist Orthodontist with consultations and all stages of orthodontic procedures, clean/disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments and devices, and take x-rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans.Patient Education – Provide patient instruction/education and provide reports to parents/guardians.Practice Growth – Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule.Professional Communication – Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.The Teammate We're Looking ForOrthodontic Assistant is preferred, or Registered Dental AssistantGood understanding of relevant health and safety regulationsProficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems is preferred but not required.Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.Keen attention-to-detail and time management skillsReady to join a team that values excellence, integrity, and community?
