Orthodontic Assistant OpportunityLocated in East Valley, we are a high-tech, close-knit orthodontic practice seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. If you're a professional, customer-focused individual who enjoys a family-like work environment, this might be the ideal opportunity for you.Our practice proudly offers employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, generous PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) options, quarterly bonus opportunities, and more!Schedule:Full-timeMonday - Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PMFriday, hours varyResponsibilities:Communicate with the patients (parents/guardians), orthodontist, and other team members effectivelyRestocks all orthodontic treatment rooms and other clinical support areasPerforms periodic inventory of all orthodontic suppliesWelcomes patients to treatment rooms in a timely fashionTakes x-rays as prescribedKeeps the patient schedule on time by being aware of the daily schedule, working efficiently, and as a member of a cohesive teamAssists the orthodontist with all assisting duties, including orthodontic proceduresScanning with Itero: Invisalign practiceSterilizes instruments and equipment after each patient appointmentMaintains dependable job attendanceAdheres to all safety and infection control rulesComplies with HIPAA and maintains confidential informationUses appropriate safety equipmentQualifications:Must have previous Orthodontic experience (1-2 years)Experience with ITero or 3D scanning is a plusBilingual in Spanish is preferred, not required
