Orthodontic Dental Assistant – Full-Time, Flexible ScheduleA growing orthodontic practice is seeking a dependable and personable Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients smile, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings both attention to detail and a positive attitude to daily clinical operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist chairside with orthodontic procedures including bondings, wire changes, and retainer fabricationPerform digital iTero scanning, radiographs, and sterilization dutiesSupport patient flow by seating patients and preparing treatment areasMaintain high standards of infection control and equipment careContribute to community events and occasional weekend activitiesTravel occasionally to a nearby location as part of team coverageQualificationsCertified Dental Assistant (CDA) and radiation certification requiredBilingual: English and SpanishStrong teamwork, communication, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented and dependable, with a patient-focused mindsetOrthodontic experience preferred but not requiredBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insurance401(k) with matchingPaid time offEmployee discountsThis position offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive orthodontic team while making a meaningful impact on patients' smiles.
