Position: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
nLocation: Layton and Syracuse
nType: Full-Time and Part-Time

nYour Position
nAs an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the spark that turns interest into confident "yes" moments, guiding patients and families through treatment options with clarity and momentum. You'll connect clinical recommendations to practical next steps, keep schedules and financial arrangements moving smoothly, and ensure every consultation feels organized, upbeat, and reassuring.
Key responsibilities:
nnCoordinate orthodontic consultations and present treatment plans
nDiscuss fees, insurance, and payment options; support case acceptance
nCommunicate with patients/parents and collaborate with the clinical team
nMaintain accurate documentation and follow-up touchpoints
n nRequired skills/qualifications:
nnDental/orthodontic front office or treatment coordination experience preferred
nStrong communication, organization, and customer-focused mindset
nComfort discussing financials and answering questions with professionalism
nReliable onsite availability across Layton and Syracuse
n nYour Location & Schedule
nThis position will support both our Layton and Syracuse clinics.
Schedule :
nnTuesday Syracuse 7:45am-4pm
nWednesday Layton 7:45am-4pm
nThursday Layton 6:45am-2pm
nFridays Syracuse 7:45am-4pm (1st-5th as scheduled)
