Job description
We are looking for an amazing Orthodontic Financial Coordinator to join our West Covina **** practice!
nJob Type:
nnFull-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am- 2:00 pm
nHourly + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits
nPay $23-$28 (Negotiable DOE)
n nA minimum of 1 year as a pediatric/orthodontic dental office manager; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along Denti-cal. The high-priority candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience.

n nOrtho Coordinator Job Duties:
nnTreatment planning.
nFamiliar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club.
nFamiliar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
nAble to meet monthly production/collection goals.
nKnowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
nKnowledge of Dentical, PPO, and HMO Billing
n nDesired Profile/Background:
nnMUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
nPrevious dental front office experience is highly preferred.
nExcellent customer service skills.
nExcellent communication and computer skills.
nAn upbeat personality is a MUST.
nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.
nStrong attention to detail.
nClean, neat professional appearance.
nBi-lingual Spanish desired.
