Orthodontist Practice Ownership Opportunity - Lake Charles, LA Seeking a qualified, independent Orthodontist to establish a thriving practice in Lake Charles, Louisiana
The Opportunity
Location : Lake Charles, LA 70605
Space : 3,400 sq ft room for 5 treatment chairs + 1 exam room
Patient Pipeline : Guarantee of 20-30 new patients per month from established pediatric office next door
Financing Support : Property owner can assist with financing, or put you in contact with a bank
Supplies: Henry Schein vendor relationship established
Timeline: Early Summer 2027
What We're Looking For
Business owner mentality - you must want to own and operate your own practice, and have complete self-sufficiency
Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
Competent, driven orthodontist committed to building a successful practice from neighboring pediatrics office
