Responsibilities
Lead the day with purpose 4a1 kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Empower your team 4aa 44d delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license (or in process)
Orthodontic Specialty Certificate
