Join our Orthodontic Dream Team and state‑of‑the‑art practice in Indiana! Rick Burns Orthodontics is hiring an orthodontist! You'll have the incredible opportunity to work alongside Dr. Burns, a highly respected and experienced orthodontist. He has two well‑established private practices, with unrealized growth potential, located in Elkhart & Middlebury, IN. Both offices are fully digital and equipped with iTero scanners, allowing for accurate diagnostics and treatment planning!

Ownership Opportunities
Over $400,000 annual salary
7 operatories with a well‑trained, experienced team
Full‑time (4-5 Days a week)

Willing to negotiate with the right candidate
Requirements
Valid Dentist License and Orthodontic Specialty Certification
Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships with patients
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
