Lead Orthodontist Opportunity, High-Volume Practice in Waco, TX

Bear Braces is seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to join our thriving, high-volume practice in Waco, Texas. This is an opportunity for an orthodontist who thrives in a busy clinical environment, enjoys a full schedule, and is motivated by both exceptional patient care and practice growth. This is not a slow-paced associate opportunity. Bear Braces is looking for an experienced orthodontist who is comfortable treating a high volume of patients, can lead with confidence, and wants to play a meaningful role in taking an already successful practice to its next level. The position offers a full-time schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, with occasional Saturdays. The administrative burden is handled by the support organization, giving you more time to do what you do best, practice orthodontics and lead your team.

High-volume, established orthodontic practice

Full-time schedule, 4 to 5 days per week

Occasional Saturdays throughout the year

Total earning potential of up to $600,000!

Requirements

Seeking previous orthodontic experience with a leadership mindset.

Full-time opportunity (4-5 days/wk with Occasional Saturdays).

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.

Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program.

Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state of Texas.
