Comprehensive benefits including largely employer-funded medical, dental insurance premiums, life insurance, and paid leave

Complete professional liability coverage provided at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities

Total Rewards value range of $524,700 - $697,300

The annual salary for this position is $438,480 - $534,780 (prorated for a 4-day work week) which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
