Job description
Capital Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine PC is seeking an RN to join as a Clinical Lead in a busy orthopaedic clinic environment. The role focuses on coordinating patient flow, supporting physicians, and managing clinical operations within Des Moines/Central Iowa.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with BLS/CPR, 1–4 years in a high-volume clinic or hospital, and strong EMR and coding knowledge (ICD-10/CPT).
