Call is shared at 1:5; commonly 2 call shifts per week with hospitalist support for admissions
ASC offers streamlined days, with select overnight capability during the week for appropriate cases
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting with productivity bonus
Strong earnings runway: Year 1 anticipated $750k minimum; partnership eligibility at the start of Year 2 with collections-based model
Ancillary income potential through ASC and therapy revenue streams

Family-friendly community feel with room to spread out and a more approachable housing market than larger metros
Convenient regional travel options with access to larger city amenities within a reasonable drive
