Join Our Team as an Orthopaedic Surgeon in Portland, Oregon
Bring your expertise in shoulder and elbow surgery to a vibrant city that offers easy access to outdoor activities and a supportive, physician-led practice environment. We are currently looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in complex shoulder and elbow procedures to become a part of our integrated Orthopaedics team.
Position Overview
This role is dedicated exclusively to shoulder and elbow surgery, featuring:
A diverse range of complex cases
General orthopaedic call coverage at a ratio of 1:10
Strong support from ancillary services
Established care pathways and fully integrated electronic medical records
An internal arthroplasty registry
Opportunities for cross-specialty collaboration

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedics
Fellowship training in Shoulder and Elbow surgery

Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $487,200 to $594,200, depending on skills, qualifications, training, certifications, market data, and other relevant factors. Our rich benefits significantly enhance the overall compensation package.
