Job description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Regional Manager, Sales for DePuy Synthes in the Western Carolinas. You will lead a sales team, drive strategies, manage budgets and partner with surgeons to grow the orthopaedics portfolio.
The role requires 8+ years in business/leadership and 2+ years of management experience, plus strong communication and mentorship skills. Extensive travel is expected; an MBA is preferred.
