Job description
Carle Health seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to support orthopedic and sports medicine patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In this role, you will implement therapy plans designed by licensed physical therapists, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, apply modalities, and assist with functional training to promote recovery and prevent re-injury. You will document progress in the EMR, educate patients on home programs, and help maintain a safe, well-organized clinic.
