Job description
Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing outpatient team in Arizona. Provide personalized, evidence-based care to patients with orthopedic and sports-related needs, helping them reduce pain, restore function, and return to active living. You’ll evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, track progress, and educate patients on recovery and injury prevention. Work alongside supportive clinicians in a patient-first, collaborative culture with mentorship and ongoing learning.
