Job description
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) seeks an AR Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims. You will analyze balances, follow up on unpaid amounts, and coordinate with payers, patients, and TOA staff to maximize resolution within a busy Central Business Office.
Key requirements include 3+ years in insurance collections, NextGen familiarity, and strong MS Office skills. Fluency in English is required; a second language is a plus.
