Job description
Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking a Graduate Nurse to join the Orthopedic Unit. This role focuses on direct patient care across a 23-bed unit, with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio on day and night shifts and strong collaboration with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
The Graduate Nurse will complete licensure within 90 days of graduation and participate in professional development, with opportunities for growth in a nationally recognized orthopedic program.
