Gould Medical Group, a growing, 600+ clinician multispecialty group affiliated with Sutter Health, is seeking a fellowship-trained, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our established orthopedic team in Turlock, California.

Position Highlights:
Exceptional Starting Compensation: $767,859 annual base salary with a two-year salary guarantee
Additional Earning Potential: RVU-based compensation model beginning in year two, with RVU bonus potential during the salary guarantee period
Sign-On Bonus: Additional financial incentive to support your transition
Established Orthopedic Department: Collaborate with 18 orthopedic surgeons representing various subspecialties, one non-operative clinician, and eight podiatrists
Dedicated Clinical Support: Work alongside a team of 12 physician assistants
Convenient Surgical Access: Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) located within walking distance of the care center
Advanced Practice Environment: Epic electronic health record system

Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
Fluoroscopy license required

$767,859 starting base salary with a two-year guarantee

Individual performance bonus
Employer-funded 401(k) contribution of 12% of annual salary, up to IRS limits, with no employee matching or mandatory contribution required (eligibility requirements apply)
