Orthopedic Hand Surgeon – Palm Coast, FL | High-Growth Practice

About the Opportunity:
AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand Surgery to join our growing orthopedic program at AdventHealth Palm Coast.
This is a high-growth opportunity to build and scale a Hand and Wrist practice in a rapidly expanding coastal market, supported by a strong referral network and a collaborative, multidisciplinary orthopedic team.
Practice Highlights:
Focus on Hand and Wrist surgery within a system-wide orthopedic service line
Opportunity to build and grow a high-volume Hand practice
Established referral base with strong primary care and specialty network support
Join a multidisciplinary team of subspecialized orthopedic surgeons across Volusia, Flagler, Lake, and Sumter counties
Dedicated APP support for clinic, hospital, and surgical workflows
Access to comprehensive rehab, physical therapy, and wellness centers
Advanced imaging including on-site X-ray and ultrasound
MAKO robotic technology available within the system
EPIC EMR system utilized across the network

Candidate Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
Eligible for an active Florida medical license
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Interest in building and growing a high-volume practice
