Job description
TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Orthopedics unit at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. The 21-bed unit focuses on orthopedic recovery, including joint replacements and fracture repairs, with a 12-hour shift pattern and a six-week orientation with a preceptor.
The role offers night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am), a 1:4–1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, weekend/holiday rotations, and a $5k sign-on bonus.
