Job description
Mercy Clinic Orthopedics Southfork is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator to guide patients through their orthopedic care journey, from consultation through surgery, recovery, and follow-up. You will coordinate care with surgeons, therapists, and care teams to ensure timely, high-quality experiences.
You will educate patients and families, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress while maintaining thorough EPIC documentation and contributing to quality improvement efforts.
