Job description
Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Nurse Navigator to join the Bone & Joint Institute multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate care across the orthopedic continuum, provide patient education, clinical support, and facilitate communication among patients, families, providers, and support services.
Requires BSN and 3–5 years of nursing experience; orthopedic or musculoskeletal background preferred.
