Job description

Summit Orthopedics is seeking a Physical Therapist to aid in orthopedic care by planning, interpreting, and implementing specific therapy programs. This full-time role is based at our Woodlake Campus in Woodbury, MN, 40 hours per week, with possible float to other Summit locations as needed.

Under the supervision of the Physical Therapy Manager, you will evaluate patient progress, educate patients and families, document records, and collaborate with physicians to optimize care.
