Job description
BJC HealthCare is seeking an RN for the Orthopedics unit in Valley Park, Missouri. The role focuses on graduate nurses and staff in the Orthopedic Surgery Unit with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and teamwork.
The position offers a full-time night schedule (3 x 12-hour shifts), a GN orientation up to 12 weeks, and a sign-on bonus eligible up to $7,500, joining a nationally recognized orthopedic team at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
