Job description
Revo/ i-Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to lead a non-operative spine clinic in our Twin Cities area. The role requires clinic management, prescribing medications, ordering imaging, and coordinating with spine/surgical teams. This is a full-time onsite position in Waconia and Chaska.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited PA/NP program with NCCPA certification, Minnesota license, and DEA registration; orthopedic experience is preferred.
