Job description
A not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in Southeastern Massachusetts is adding an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. The system provides a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty care, urgent care, and hospital-based treatment through its network of physicians and facilities. With over 150 doctors across multiple locations, it emphasizes coordinated, team-based care and advanced medical technology to improve patient outcomes.
nnAbout the Opportunity:
nnProvide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical spine care while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, rehabilitation specialists, and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
nEvaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of spinal conditions and disorders.
nPerform advanced spinal surgical procedures utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest technologies.
nDevelop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care across specialties.
nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
nMaintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
nFoster strong relationships with referring providers and community partners.
nCompletion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program and Fellowship training in Spine Surgery required.
