Orthopedic Spine Surgeon\ N

Spine Surgeon Needed- Fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas with strong demand and excellent quality of life.

Opportunity Highlights
\ N· No current spinesurgeon on staff;
strong unmet community demand
\ N· Immediate case volume
\ N· ASC to be utilized whenever possible;
hospital OR as needed
\ N· Large and diverse referral base with 29 in-system primary care physicians
\ N· Proven success rapidly building high-volume specialty programs
\ N· Approximately 10days of call per month, supported by employed and independent orthopedic surgeons
\ N· Emphasis on OR time over clinic time
\ N· Full support including APPs, first assist, hospitalists, and intensivists
\ N· 8 total operating rooms (4 inpatient, 4 outpatient), 2 robotic Ors
\ N· No OB services—no emergency C-section disruptions
\ N
Compensation
\ N· Up to $800K Basesalary—earning potential 1M+
\ N· 2 year guaranteethen % of collections. ~50%
\ N· Up to 50K Sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance available
