Job description
Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team. The role focuses on examination, evaluation, and management of podiatric concerns and complex wound care within a coordinated care system.
The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science in NP/PA with certification and possess an active license. Orthopedic and neuro experience are a plus, and the team collaborates closely to improve patient outcomes.
