Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO
• Fellowship Trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
• ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for Iowa & Illinois Medical Licenses
• Strong Arthroscopic & Open Sports Surgery Skills
• Active DEA
• Current BLS Certification
• Clean Malpractice & License History Preferred
