Orthopedic Surgeon | Oregon’s Adventure Coast

Build a high-impact orthopedic practice with exceptional support, no ED or trauma call, and a $615,000 guaranteed salary.

Join a well-supported solo orthopedic surgery practice at a Joint Commission–accredited critical access hospital in scenic Southwestern Oregon. This is an opportunity to practice the full scope of general orthopedics, including total joint replacement, while enjoying a balanced schedule and an outstanding coastal lifestyle.

Requirements

The Opportunity

Practice scope: Total joint replacement and general orthopedic surgery

Schedule: 4.5 days of clinic and surgery patient contact, plus 0.5 day of administrative time

Call model: No ED or trauma call; occasional ED consultation requests for inpatients or transfers during regular business hours only

Clinical support: Experienced OR team, supervised office staff, and seasoned CRNA anesthesia services

Hospital setting: 25-bed critical access hospital with hospitalist coverage and an EM-trained, board-certified emergency department team

$615,000 guaranteed annual salary

Productivity bonus: $73.75 per wRVU above 7,050 annual wRVUs

Employment incentive forgivable loan

Four weeks of paid vacation plus six paid holidays

CME package: One week of paid CME time and a $5,000 annual stipend

403(b) retirement plan: Employer match up to 7.5%
