Job description
About the Opportunity
nJoint replacement can transform a patient's quality of life. At Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, we're building a total joint program around a simple belief: every patient deserves the highest standard of orthopedic care, regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances.
nWe're seeking a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing practice and help build and lead our adult reconstruction service line.
nGenesis is a full-spectrum musculoskeletal practice with 16 clinics across Chicagoland, providing orthopedic care, surgery, physical therapy, and related services. Unlike many practices where surgeons spend years developing a referral base, Genesis already has an established population of hip and knee patients who have been evaluated and are ready for surgical care.
nThe surgeon joining this program can expect an established case volume of approximately 400-600 cases per year from day one, with significant opportunity to grow the service line.
