Job Overview
A full-scope orthopedic surgeon role in a growing regional medical group, providing comprehensive orthopedic services including joint replacement, trauma, and sports injuries.
Responsibilities
Practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment supported by advanced technology and dedicated clinical teams. Receive dedicated operating room access, predictable scheduling, and robust support, with no emergency call requirements as trauma coverage is in place.
Qualifications & Skills
Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery, experience in joint replacement, trauma, or sports injuries preferred. Strong teamwork, patient-centered focus, and proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic, Dragon dictation) are desirable.
Key Duties
Perform surgeries, collaborate with medical staff, and contribute to program growth. Engage in a Monday–Friday schedule with dedicated OR days, supported by on-site MAKO technology.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $795,000, with a $100,000 signing bonus, relocation, and wRVU incentives. Long-term stability and growth in a community recognized for affordability, outdoor recreation, and quality of life.
