COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Orthopedic Surgery (ORS) Up to $2600 Daily Rate $15,000 Sign-On Bonus. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgery (ORS) Hospital Employed Setting 25 Bed Hospital Clinic & OR schedule is flexible and negotiable to fit needs and preferences ON-CALL ROTATION OPTIONAL Part time Flexible Work Schedule to better fit personal needs and balance work, personal and family responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Orthopedic Surgery (ORS) Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. Specialize in joint replacement (hip/knee) Demonstrate expertise and experience with techniques and technology Demonstrate a compassionate caring attitude towards patients Collegial, Team Player and Works Well in a Team Environment Must Acquire Maine State License COMMUNITY Orthopedic Surgery (ORS) Millinocket is the gateway to Mount Katahdin; voted World’s Best Hike by National Geographic and is home to the northern terminus of the Appalachian Trail Cost of Living 16% Less Than the National Average 1 hour to Bangor, Maine Weekend Getaway Quebec City, Canada Breathtaking views of Mt.
