Job Summary

Position Highlights Full-time, employed orthopedic sports medicine position
High-volume clinic averaging 50 patients per day
Monday–Friday schedule
1:8 call rotation across multiple facilities
Outpatient surgery center within walking distance of the clinic
Access to MAKO robotic-assisted surgical technology at affiliated hospitals
Dedicated clinical support team
What We Offer Competitive compensation range of $492,000–$960,000, based on experience, qualifications, and productivity

Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Sports Medicine
Eligible for California medical licensure

Organization Description
Desert Care Network serves the healthcare needs of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions in Southern California with three hospitals Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio and Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree. The hospital network provides advanced care with services such as comprehensive stroke care, a cancer center, a Level 1 Trauma Center and the only Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the Coachella Valley.
