Job description
CentraState Healthcare System in Freehold, NJ is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Total Joint & Orthopedic Unit. The RN provides culturally sensitive nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with ANA standards and hospital policies, with an emphasis on discharge readiness and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The unit supports a 1:5–1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio and includes a rehabilitation gym for structured therapy.
