THE OPPORTUNITY
SAMGI is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our established trauma program at a Level II Trauma Center in Goodyear, Arizona — in the heart of Phoenix's fastest-growing West Valley community.
This position offers dedicated OR access, APP support 10 hours per day, and a sustainable schedule of 15 days per month. SAMGI liberates you from billing and administrative distractions — so you can focus entirely on being a surgeon.

High-acuity orthopedic trauma program
Dedicated OR block time
APP support 10 hours per day
Collaborative multidisciplinary surgical environment
Target start: December 2026

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients
Acute fracture management and high-energy orthopedic injuries
Trauma call coverage
Inpatient and post-operative care
Collaborate with trauma surgery, emergency medicine, anesthesia, nursing, and hospital teams
Work closely with APPs supporting the orthopedic trauma service

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma required
Experience managing high-acuity orthopedic trauma cases
Current or eligible Arizona medical license
Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
